Communication Accommodations are the ability to adjust, modify, and regulate a person's behavior when responding to communication or the behavior of others. This behavior is carried out by everyone, including students who are traveling. Studying outside the region requires them to settle in a foreign land and learn new cultures and sciences that are not always the same as their home region. Research data were obtained from the results of in-depth interviews and documentation studies related to student experiences with qualitative research methods phenomenological approach. This study uses the theory of Intercultural Communication, namely Communication Accommodation which categorizes accommodation into three forms, namely Convergent, Divergent, and Excessive Accommodation. .The results of this study show that the forms of student convergent accommodation in accordance with environmental and cultural conditions brought by students convergently by seeking tahhu, participating in activities, following and imitating the host regional language, tolerance, and the meaning of wisdom. While divergently in the form of an effort to introduce the culture of the region itself starting from language and iconic places. While Excessive Accommodation was found that there was no adjustment when socializing with the community when using transportation in the form of motorcycle taxis.
