ANALISIS POLA PERESEPAN OBAT DAN KESESUAIAN PEDOMAN TERAPI PASIEN DEWASA ISPA DI PUSKESMAS SUKARAMI PALEMBANG
Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the most common diseases encountered among adult patients in healthcare facilities. This study aims to evaluate drug prescribing patterns and analyze their compliance with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia's therapy guidelines for adult ARI patients at the Sukarami Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Palembang. This study employed a prospective observational design, with data collection based on medical records of adult ARI patients during the October–November 2025 period who met the inclusion criteria. The evaluation of therapy compliance was conducted based on rational drug use parameters. The results showed 100% accuracy in terms of the right patient, right indication, right drug, right diagnosis, right route of administration, right administration interval, and side effect monitoring, while the right dose reached 89.4% accuracy. Overall, drug prescribing patterns for adult ARI patients at the Sukarami Public Health Center, Palembang, are in accordance with the therapy guidelines of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
