This study discusses the Analysis of Work Discipline in the Secretariat of the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, the data analysis used includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification. The informants in this study were seven people. Data collection by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine Work Discipline in the Secretariat of the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline in the Secretariat of the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency has not been implemented properly. This can be seen based on the theory used, especially on indicators of employee attendance, accuracy of entry, return and rest hours, orderly and orderly routines and job responsibilities.
