PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH PEREMPUAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI SDN 06 INDRALAYA UTARA

This research discusses the Role of Female School Principals in Improving the Quality of Education at SDN 06 Indralaya Utara. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, and the data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. There were eight informants involved in this study. Data were collected through participatory observation, structured interviews, and documentation.The findings of this research indicate that the Role of Female School Principals in Improving the Quality of Education at SDN 06 Indralaya Utara has brought about positive changes. This is evident in the resolution of issues faced since her leadership, guided by the role theory proposed by Mintzberg (Thoha 2015), such as the Decision Role, in which she plays a role as an entrepreneur in the field of education, specifically at SDN 06 Indralaya Utara, which is interrelated with other roles.The author suggests that female school principals continue their efforts to enhance the quality of education at SDN 06 Indralaya Utara and ensure effective and efficient budget utilization through continuous monitoring.
