This research aims to determine the strategy of the South Sumatera Provincial Government in restoring frozen shrimp exports to Japan after the Covid-19 pandemic. The corona virus or Covid-19 pandemic disaster that has occurred in the las few years has had a direct impact on various aspects of life in all corners, world. Problems with exports are undeniably one of the important problems for international trade because problems with exporters will affect worl economic problems. A country has its own superior products and also has goods that are not available in other countries and this is what makes exports an economic activity to support the life of a country. In 2012 the largest commodity exported from South Sumatera was shrimp at 65.93%. Competitive advantage is performance than other companies in the same industry or market.
