Online Single submission (OSS) is an application used for all registration process and beatness Heenee applications. This OSS application Innovation la designed directly by the Ministry of central institutions and then disseminated to all offices of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Indonesia, one of which is implemented by the Lubuklinggau City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). This study aims to determine the Diffusion of Innovations carried out in the process of deploying the Online Single Submission (053) application by DPMPTSP Lubuklinggau City. In this study, researchers used Everett M. Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation theory to find out the efforts of the Lubuklinggau City DPMPTSP in disseminating the Online Single submission (OSS) application to be used by all people, especially business people in Lubuklinggau City using qualitative research methods and collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the OSS application is an innovation that really helps the business licensing process quickly. easily, and transparently, this innovation is very beneficial for the community. especially business people in Lubuklinggau City, therefore DPMPTSP Lubuklinggau City must further improve its performance in socializing the OSS application, utilizing existing social media, and adding human resources so that the OSS application deployment process is maximized.
