HPV vaccine is a primary prevention carried out to prevent cervical cancer. However, the coverage of HPV vaccine in Indonesia is only around 18.4% of women who have been vaccinated. The low coverage of HPV vaccine in Indonesia is due to the inhibiting factors felt by women in getting vaccinated. This study aims to determine the most inhibiting factors in women's willingness to get vaccinated. This type of research was a Cross Sectional study. The sample consisted of 109 women in the work area of the Taman Bacaan Health Center in Palembang taken by Non-Probability Sampling using the Accidental Sampling technique with the inclusion criteria of women aged 19-45 years. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The bivariate test used Chi Square and the multivariate test used Logistic Regression. The measuring instrument used a questionnaire sheet consisting of a questionnaire on knowledge, attitude, motivation, facilities, costs and health information. The results of the Chi Square test proved that knowledge (p value 0.000), attitude (p value 0.000), motivation (p value 0.000), facilities (p value 0.001), and information (p value 0.001) were significantly related to women's willingness to get vaccinate with OR values (7.6; 87.5%, 7.6; 87.5%, 6.3; 85.7%, 4.1; 80%, 4.1; 80%). Meanwhile, cost (p value 0.241) was not significantly related to women's willingness to get vaccinated. The results of the Logistic Regression test showed that attitude (p value 0.001) was the most inhibiting factor in women's willingness to get vaccinated with an Exp (B) value of 5.663 and 95% CI (1.987-16.135). Attitude is a factor that is the basis for someone to act because attitude shapes thought patterns, beliefs and perceptions. Further development is needed regarding learning media so that the attitudes of women of Fertile age increase towards the willingness to get the HPV vaccine.
