PENGARUH PELATIHAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the effect of labor training on employee motivation at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch Office. The method used in this study is quantitative with a simple regression formula. The sample of this study was 54 employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch Office. Sample calculation is carried out with Two Stage Cluster Sampling and Simple Random Sampling approaches. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire method with a Likert measurement scale. The results showed that workforce training (X) had a positive effect on work motivation (Y) by 63.04%. With a coefficient of determination value of 61.46%, while the remaining 38.54% (100%-61.46%) was obtained from other factors that were not studied in this study or called the epsilon variable (ε). The results of this research recommend that rotation, mutations, organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, as well as management policies and practices in influencing work motivation in the form of rewards for employees who have undertaken workforce training.
