Marlina the Killer in Four Acts is a film that tells the story of cultural life in Sumba. The film is divided into four acts, each of which has its own title and theme. The purpose of this study was to find out the Semiotic Analysis of Violence in Masculinity of the Film Marlina the Killer in Four Acts. In this research method using qualitative by using the analysis of Roland Barthes' Semiotics theory seen from sign, object, interpretant based on the results of research conducted by the author revealed that the film Marlina the Killer in Four Acts represents more masculinity in the realm of the household, such as the seizure of communication devices in the form of mobile phones owned by Marlina, The physical violence experienced by Marlina was in the form of slaps and sexual violence to Marlina in the form of rape.
