The creation of nursing care reports made by students generally still involves the use of paper for writing on nursing assessment sheets. Developing computer-based nursing care plans can assist students in efficiently completing nursing care reports, reducing writing errors, and facilitating the selection of diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions. This research aims to develop a computer-based application for nursing care of palliative cancer patients with physical and psychological problems. The design of this research was a research and development with a quantitative approach and the ADDIE development model. The research sample consisted of 18 nursing students from the 2020 cohort, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire distributed after operating the Ketiker application. The research results, based on usability testing, yielded a score of 82.22, indicating that this application is categorized as acceptable because it is user-friendly. This study achieved a nearly perfect score with a grade A, indicating that the application is usable, easy to learn, and easy to operate. Nursing care reports are created as efficiently as possible, making it convenient for students to use the application.
