The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job crafting and thriving among salespeople. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between job crafting and thriving among salespeople. The population in this study was salespeople. The researcher collected data using convenience sampling. The measurement tools used were based on the dimensions of thriving by Porath, Spreitzer, Gibson, and Garnett (2012) and the dimensions of job crafting by Tims, Bakker, and Derks (2012).
