This thesis is entitled "Adaptation of Coffee Farmers When Coffee Prices Fall inSuka Bumi Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency". The problem in this research focuses on the adaptation of coffee farmers when coffee prices fall in Suka Bumi Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency. The aim of this research is to find out what adaptations coffee farmers make when coffee prices fall in Suka Bumi Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by determining informants using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews with informants, documentation and literature study, were analyzed using the adaptation theory proposed by Gerungan. The results of the research show that the adaptation of coffee farmers when coffee prices fall in Suka Bumi Village, Buay PematangRibu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency is that farmers adapt in three ways, namely looking for side jobs, borrowing money and bartering.
