EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KARTU IDENTITAS ANAK (KIA) DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA BATURAJA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU

This research aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the KIA program in Baturaja City, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The evaluation theory used is William Dunn's theory, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. This research is descriptive research with research methods using qualitative research methods. The informants for this research were the Head of the PIAK Division, the Head of the Dafduk Services Division, the Head of the Population Identity Section, and also the community. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the KIA program in Baturaja City, Ogan Komering Ulu Regencyhas been running verywell, but thereis still a need for further outreach and a more in-depth introduction of KIA to communities far from urban areas.
