EFISIENSI ADMINISTRASI DALAM PENERAPAN SISTEM E-COURT (E-FILING, E-PAYMENT, E-SUMMONS, DAN E-LITIGATION) DI PENGADILAN NEGERI PALEMBANG KELAS 1A KHUSUS

Amalia, Nabillah Rizki - Personal Name;

The development of information technology has encouraged judicial institutions to modernize their services in order to realize a judicial process that is simple, fast, and low-cost. One such innovation is the implementation of the e-Court system developed by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to understand and describe how the implementation of the e-Court system supports administrative efficiency at the Palembang District Court Class IA Special through an analysis of technology acceptance and utilization by court officials and service users. This research adopts a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis is conducted based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Fred D. Davis (1989), focusing on the constructs of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The implementation of e-Filing, e-Payment, e-Summons, and e-Litigation services is analyzed based on users' perceptions and experiences. The results indicate that the e-Court system enhances administrative efficiency by accelerating workflows, improving the accuracy of record-keeping, reducing service queues, and facilitating access to judicial services. The system is perceived as easy to use and provides tangible benefits, although technical obstacles such as limited internet connectivity remain. Keywords: e-Court, Administrative Efficiency, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Court Digitalization, Palembang District Court.
