PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PT PLN (PERSERO) UP3 PALEMBANG

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. This research employs a quantitave approach. The population of this study consist of all permanent employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang, totaling 80 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the data analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang.
