ANALISIS SIFAT FISIK DAN MEKANIK MORTAR DENGAN PENAMBAHAN NANOSILIKA HASIL SINTESIS FLY ASH METODE PRESIPITASI SEBAGAI SUBSTITUSI SEMEN DENGAN VARIASI SUHU CURING
This study examines the effect of curing temperature variations (40˚C, 60˚C, and 80˚C) on the compressive strength of mortar containing 12% nanosilica synthesized from fly ash. The curing process consisted of 24-hour oven curing followed by wrap curing up to 3, 7, 14, and 28 days. The results show that curing temperature significantly influences strength development. Mortar cured at 60˚C achieved the highest performance, reaching a maximum compressive strength of 26.796 MPa at 28 days. Meanwhile, curing at 80˚C caused overly rapid hydration and less stable strength gain, and curing at 40˚C produced the lowest strength. Overall, 60˚C is identified as the optimum curing temperature for nanosilica-modified mortar.
