IMPLEMENTASI ASEAN ROAD SAFETY STRATEGY DI INDONESIA

This research aims to find out how efforts have been made by Indonesia to implement the ASEAN Regional Road Safety Strategy through the formation of laws and programs to fulfill the five pillars of the ARRSS. This research uses the Underdal regime implementation theory, the analysis of a regime implementation starting from Output, Outcome, and Impact will be the main chain of cause and effect of an event which will initially be the starting point for analyzing the implementation problem of the five main pillars in ARRSS. This type of research is qualitative in the form of data processing used in the analysis unit which is explained in descriptive sentences, the data sources used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data from several journals, reports or information from related official sites, data collection techniques used through literature study. The results of the research state that implementing programs that cover the five pillars of ARRSS can reduce the number of accidents and advance development in the field of transportation and public highways.
