All the results were analyzed by chi-squared test, spearman’s test and fisher’s exact test. Results: Total of 57 subjects have been measured serum 25-hydorxyvitamin D levels. Most subjects are classified into deficiency of vitamin D (84.2%), and the rest are classified into insufficiency of vitamin D (15.8%). Majority of subjects have heavy physical activity (61.4%) with an average energy ratio of 5059.85 METS-minutes per week. No sarcopenia conditions were found even though the majority of employees were classified as deficiency of vitamin D and had low sun exposure scores on the normal average of body mass index (24,18 ± 2,03 kg/m2). There was significant correlation between serum vitamin D levels and muscle mass but not with physical performance.
