PERAN IMPERSONAL TRUST PADA KARYAWAN KONTRAK DI BANK
This study aims to examine the role of impersonal trust in predicting job insecurity among contract employees in banks. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that impersonal trust has a significant role in influencing job insecurity. The study employed a quantitative research method with a sample of 151 contract bank employees and an additional 57 participants for the trial (try out), selected using purposive sampling. The measurement instrument consisted of a job insecurity scale based on the dimensions proposed by Dachapalli and Parumansur (2012) and an impersonal trust scale adapted from Vanhala (2019). Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results indicate a significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05) with an R-square value of 0,100. These findings demonstrate that impersonal trust significantly contributes to job insecurity, thereby supporting the proposed hypothesis.
