MEKANISME PENCATATAN ASET TETAP PADA DINAS TENAGA KERJA KOTA PALEMBANG

Fixed assets are an essential component in supporting the long-term operational activities of government institutions. Accurate and systematic recording is required to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the utilization of Regional Government Assets (BMD). This report explains the mechanism for recording fixed assets at the Palembang City Manpower Office, including procedures and workflows implemented by the institution. The recording process involves several stages: preparing the Regional Government Asset Requirement Plan (RKBMD), procurement, physical verification, and data input into the web-based e-BMD system. This report aims to broaden understanding of the fixed asset recording mechanism at the Palembang City Manpower Office and provides an overview of processes such as recording, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of assets through the e-BMD system. Although the recording system runs well, there are challenges such as internet network disruptions and difficulties in uploading documents to the e-BMD application. Therefore, improvements in human resources and IT infrastructure are needed to ensure smooth asset management.
