Sexual violence among adolescents is a worrying issue because it has a broad impact on physical, psychological, and social health. This study aims to analyze the Relationship of Predisposing Factors and Reinforcing Factors to Sexual Violence Behavior in Adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Pringsewu. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The study population was 720 people with a sample of 88 respondents taken using the Stratified random sampling technique to students in grades X and XI. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression. Univariate results showed that 76.1% were female, 56.8% were 16 years old, 61.4% were in grade X, 55.7% had good knowledge of sexual violence behavior, 54.5% had negative attitudes towards sexual violence behavior, 53.4% and 52.3% considered that family and peer support had a positive impact. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000) and attitudes (p = 0.001) with sexual violence behavior. Meanwhile, family support (p = 0.785) and peer support (p = 0.009) did not show a significant relationship. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable influencing sexual violence behavior was adolescent knowledge (p = 0.000; OR = 10,018). The better adolescents' knowledge about sexual violence, the lower their likelihood of engaging in sexual violence behavior. It is recommended that schools routinely provide education and outreach regarding the prevention of sexual violence by involving guidance and counseling teachers and health workers.
