PENGARUH TANAMAN KIAMBANG (SALVINIA MELOESTA) TERHADAP FITOREMEDIASI LOGAM BERAT TEMBAGA (CU)
This research aims to determine the effect of variations in copper (Cu) concentration on the phytoremediation of kiambang plants (Salvinia molesta). The research method was carried out by measuring the absorbance value of Cu solutions at concentrations of 3 ppm, 6 ppm, 9 ppm, 12 ppm and 15 ppm for 7 days with measurement intervals every 2 days using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 445 nm. Based on the results of the One Way ANOVA test analysis, the F-count value (73.064) is greater than the F-table (3.05) with a significance value of 0.000 < α (0.05),indicating a significant influence from concentration variations. The results of further tests showed real differences between concentrations of 3 ppm, 6 ppm, 9 ppm, 12 ppm and 15 ppm with different notations, indicating significant treatment. The highest remediation average occurred at a concentration of 15 ppm (0.14050) and the lowest at 3 ppm (0.05350).
