PENGARUH WORK ENGAGEMENT DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PLN INDONESIA POWER UBP KERAMASAN PALEMBANG

This study aims to explore the extent to which work engagement and the physical work environment influence employee performance at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan Palembang. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected primarily through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population consisted of all employees of PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan Palembang, with a total sample of 141 individuals. The respondents were selected using a census or saturated sampling method, considering the population size was manageable for full participation. To analyze the collected data, multiple linear regression analysis was applied to assess the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that both work engagement and the physical work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance when tested simultaneously. This means that higher levels of work engagement and better physical work conditions are associated with improved employee performance.
