PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PLN (PERSERO) UP3 PALEMBANG ULP SUKARAMI
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance at PT PLN UP3 Palembang ULP Sukarami. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The sample of this study consisted of 96 non-permanent employees at PT PLN UP3 Palembang ULP Sukarami, selected using the saturated sampling or census technique, which is a sampling method in which all members of the population are included as the sample. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN UP3 Palembang ULP Sukarami, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN UP3 Palembang ULP Sukarami.
