This research focuses on the development strategies of the Pineapple Farm Agrotourism in Tangkit Baru Village and its contribution to improve the economy of the Tangkit Baru village community’s. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. This study applies George C. Homans’ Social Exchange Theory. Data were obtained from 1 key informant and 10 main informants through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research results show that the agrotourism development strategies are carried out through improving facilities and strengthening promotional efforts. The factors that encourage community participation include economic benefits as well as assistance in the form of capital support and training provided by the local government or external parties. The benefits perceived by the community include increased household income, expanded business opportunities, and the creation of new jobs.
