EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SRIKANDI DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) in supporting document archiving processes at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) model. Program effectiveness is assessed using the five indicators proposed by Sutrisno (2010): program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal attainment, and observable changes. The findings indicate that the implementation of SRIKANDI has contributed positively by improving file retrieval efficiency, accelerating administrative processes, and enhancing the organization and security of documents. However, the program's effectiveness has not yet reached its optimal level. Several challenges remain, including limited user comprehension-particularly among senior employees insufficient technical training, and network disruptions that hinder the uploading and distribution of documents. Moreover, some units continue to rely on manual archiving systems alongside SRIKANDI. Overall, SRIKANDI is considered moderately effective, yet improvements are required in human resources, infrastructure, and consistent system utilization. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation material for enhancing digital archival management within government institutions.
