High turnover intention among oil palm harvesting workers has become a serious issue in plantation companies. This condition is presumed to be influenced by extrinsic motivation, financial compensation, and the work environment. This study aims to analyze the effects of extrinsic motivation, financial compensation, and the work environment on the turnover intention of oil palm harvesting employees at plantation company in South Sumatra. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 143 respondents selected through proportional sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that extrinsic motivation, financial compensation, and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, all three variables also show significant effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.723 indicates that 72.3% of the variation in turnover intention is explained by the research model. This study highlights the importance of improving fair financial compensation, creating a conducive work environment, and strengthening extrinsic motivation to reduce employee turnover intention. Keywords: Extrinsic Motivation; Financial Compensation; Work Environment; Turnover Intention.
