INOVASI LAYANAN E-AKTA CERAI DI PENGADILAN AGAMA PALEMBANG KELAS 1A

This study aims to analyze the innovation of the e-Divorce Certificate (e-Akta Cerai) service at the Palembang Religious Court Class 1A, focusing on its adoption and acceptance by court officials and the public, as well as the factors influencing its success and challenges in implementation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the e-Akta Cerai service offers relative advantages over the manual system in terms of time efficiency, ease of access, and document security; however, challenges remain, including limited digital literacy, technical system issues, and the need to improve human resource competencies, highlighting the importance of continuous socialization and institutional support.
