EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBERDAYAAN ANGGOTA KOMUNITAS PEREMPUAN MASA DEPAN.ID

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Instagram in a digital community called Perempuan Masa Depan.Id by looking at the extent to which social media contributes to women's empowerment in various content and activities that can improve women's empowerment, especially among young Indonesian women. The research subjects were followers of the Instagram account @perempuanmasadepan.id who were members and had participated in activities carried out by the Perempuan Masa Depan.Id community. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, which were then analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study showed a significant positive influence with a coefficient value of 0.802, which means that the use of social media can explain changes in women's empowerment by 80.2%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Instagram social media by the Perempuan Masa Depan.Id community plays an important role in increasing women's empowerment in accordance with the community's vision and mission.
