UJI RESISTENSI BERBAGAI VARIETAS TANAMAN DUKU DI SUMATERA SELATAN YANG DIAPLIKASIKAN PATOGEN CERATOCYSTIS FIMBRIATA
Duku (Lansium domesticum L.) is one of Indonesia's endemic fruits that is widely loved by the public. Wilt disease caused by Ceratocystis fimbriata hinders fruit production from reaching its maximum potential. The purpose of this study was to search the potential of superior varieties that are resistant to Ceratocystis fimbriata pathogen attacks. The research was conducted through direct observation in the field using purposive sampling and testing the resistance of plants from various varieties in South Sumatra. Resistance testing was conducted in a greenhouse with observation parameters including morphological characteristics and secondary metabolomics. The results showed that the OI and OKI varieties have potential as resistant varieties, while the MUBA, MUSIRAWAS, OKU, and OKUS varieties are susceptible to Ceratocystis fimbriata pathogen attacks. Keywords: Ceratocystis fimbriata, varieties, resistence
