The Planning and Design of Bekasi Techno Park was carried out to establish an educational, research, and collaboration facility that supports the innovation ecosystem in Bekasi City. This project focuses on integrating academic, industrial, and community functions into a single hub that promotes research, product development, business incubation, and creative interaction. The selected site in Summarecon Bekasi offers strategic accessibility, proximity to universities, and modern infrastructure. The design approach emphasizes spatial flexibility, adaptability, and user-centered experience, accommodating diverse work preferences ranging from individual focus to collaborative interaction. The outcome integrates the core functions of a techno park with contextual site analysis, structural systems, utilities, and building envelope strategies to create an innovative, productive, and sustainable environment.
