EFEKTIVITAS PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH (LPPD) DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2024
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) at the Palembang City Regional Secretariat in 2024. This study used qualitative research methods, utilizing Sedarmayanti's theory of effectiveness (input, process, output, and productivity). Data were obtained through interviews with the coordination team and representatives of local government agencies, documentation, and observation. The results indicate that the effectiveness of LPPD preparation at the Palembang City Regional Secretariat is good, as all dimension indicators have been met. However, the preparation process faces obstacles: (1) digital media, which is only used for one-way information dissemination, is not optimal for two-way discussions; (2) data fulfillment for cross agency coordination takes a long time to complete; and (3) there are gaps in technical understanding within local government agencies. This study concludes that the key to the success of the 2024 Palembang City LPPD lies in an integrated coordination system and the preparation team's anticipation of technical obstacles in the field.
