EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN TANAMAN TERPADU (PTT) TERHADAP INSIDENSI DAN INTENSITAS SERANGAN PENYAKIT ANTRAKNOSA (Colletotrichum capsici) PADA TANAMAN CABAI (Capsicum spp.) DI KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Integrated Crop Management (ICM) implementation on the incidence and intensity of anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum capsici in chili plants (Capsicum sp.) in Banyuasin Regency. The research was conducted from June to August 2025 in five villages, namely Purwosari, Sungai Rengit, Mainan, Talang Buluh, and Pangkalan Benteng, using a field survey method combined with direct observation and farmer interviews through questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using simple random sampling by observing 50 plants per field to determine disease incidence and intensity, while the level of ICM implementation was assessed based on scores of cultivation technology components. The relationship between ICM scores and disease levels was analyzed using correlation analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the level of ICM implementation varied among villages, ranging from moderate to high categories, anthracnose disease incidence ranged from 0 to 98%, and disease intensity ranged from 0 to 72% with categories from mild to severe. Correlation analysis indicated a weak to moderate positive relationship between ICM scores and disease incidence (r = 0.33) and disease intensity (r = 0.40), suggesting that ICM implementation contributes to suppressing anthracnose development, although its effect is still influenced by environmental factors and differences in field management.
