PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI ENERGI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA 2020-2024

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure (DER), Profitability (ROA), and Company Size on Company Value (PBV) in the energy industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. The analysis technique used panel data analysis with the help of STATA 17 software and a sample of 47 companies in the energy industry sector. The results show that Profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on Company Value, indicating that a company's ability to generate profits is a positive signal for investors in assessing the company's performance and prospects. Meanwhile, Capital Structure (DER) and Company Size (Size) do not affect Company Value, indicating that the composition of funding and company scale are not yet major considerations for investors in the energy industry sector without being supported by good profit performance
