This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the work ethic of teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, and the differences in organizational culture, motivation, and work ethic between teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. The population in this study was teachers SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, using a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 96 respondents. This research method employed quantitative descriptive analysis with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that organizational culture significantly influences the work ethic of teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. Motivation significantly influences the work ethic of teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. There were no differences in organizational culture, motivation, and work ethic between teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang.
