STUDI KASUS ANAK USIA (3-4) TAHUN DENGAN KEBERBAKATAN DI CKB PRESCHOOL & DAYCARE KOTA PALEMBANG.

This study aims to describe the characteristics of (3-4) year old gifted children at CKB Preschool & Daycare in Palembang through a case study of one child. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that gifted children exhibit exceptional traits in six main aspects: spiritual, motoric physical, language, cognitive, socio-emotional, and creativity. Cognitive characteristics stand out, with the child demonstrating rapid learning, high curiosity, and strong memory. The child also shows mature socio-emotional abilities and empathy, alongside creativity in producing original works. This study recommends implementing individualized teaching methods to support the optimal development of gifted children, with a holistic approach integrating academic, social, and emotional growth.
