This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel Captain A. Rivai Palembang. The population in this study were employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Captain A. Rivai Palembang using a saturated sampling technique or census with a sample of 44 respondents. The data collection method used in this research was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that organizational culture and work stress had a significant and influential effect on employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel Captain A. Rivai Palembang.
