ANALISIS HUBUNGAN IKLIM K3 DENGAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN PERTAMBANGAN PT. BANJARSARI PRIBUMI TAHUN 2024

Background . Safety culture is reciprocal system management mining system management, safety climate , and safety behavior for prevent accident . The purpose is to analyze relationship between safety climate with mining safety culture at PT. Banjarsari Pribumi Methods. Approach study with mix methods design cross-sectional. Research sample quantitative used as many as 148 people with 7 informants . Results. Research results show that 51.4% of PT. Banjarsari employees indigenous mining safety culture at good level . There is significant relationship background behind education, safety empowerment , safety justice worker’s safety commitment, safety communication and learning and safety worker’s trust. Variabel age , length of service , management safety priority, , and safety priority are not influence mining safety culture. Safety communication and learning are the most influential variabels to mining safety culture. Providing continuous information through safety communication and learning can make employees more alert to workplace hazards and support the implementation of a mining safety culture Conclusion. PT. Banjarsari Pribumi;s mining safety culture at PT. Banjarsari Pribumi is influenced by safety communication and training, which are controlled by educational background, safety empowerment, fairness, employee commitment, and workers' trust.
