Abstract Aplikasi pengelohan sound system berbasis online Di Cv.btas sound system Oleh Al ghozi pranata 09020582025073 This research is motivated by the sound system equipment rental business process at CV Batas Sound System, which is still carried out manually. This manual process tends to be time-consuming, prone to recording errors, and makes it difficult for business owners to manage inventory and compile accurate transaction reports. This condition hampers business operational efficiency. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of an information system-based application that can assist in the process of recording rentals, managing inventory, transactions, and generating reports automatically. The purpose of this research is to design and build a computer-based sound system rental application that can efficiently manage inventory data, rental transactions, and reports. Furthermore, this application aims to provide an information system capable of recording inventory in real time and generating accurate, automated reports, such as dated transaction reports and material stock cards. The system development methodology used involves the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This application was developed as a website-based system using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The research results show that this online sound system rental application was successfully developed, providing various key features, such as item data input, stock management, recording incoming and outgoing transactions, user management, and reporting. This application has been proven to assist administrators in managing item availability and compiling operational reports efficiently and accurately. Black Box Testing results also confirmed that all system functions ran well and according to the expected scenario, thus improving business operational efficiency by reducing reliance on manual record-keeping.
