GAMBARAN INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILL MAHASISWA KEPADA DOSEN PEMBIMBING UTAMA KETIKA MENYUSUN SKRIPSI
This study aims to determine the description of students' interpersonal communication skills to their main supervisor when writing their thesis. Respondents in this study were 189 Sriwijaya University students working on their theses. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used in this study was a scale developed by the researcher based on the interpersonal communication skills aspects of Bienvenu (1987). Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the normality test indicate that the data on interpersonal communication skills are normally distributed, with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test obtaining a value of 0.058 with a significance value of 0.200 (p>0.05).
