IMPLEMENTASI STANDART OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PADA PT. TELKOM WILAYAH TELEKOMUNIKASI SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN

In this last report, we look at how PT. Telkom Wilayah Usaha Telekomunikasi Sumatera Bagian Selatan put the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) into action when carrying out their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The significance of corporate social responsibility in promoting sustainable development and amicable connections between the company and the community motivates this comment. This report's goal is to find out how well PT. Telkom Witel Sumbagsel's CSR initiatives follow the rules set down by the government and the standard operating procedures. The results show that the CSR SOP has been applied methodically, beginning with planning and ending with review. Educational infrastructure support, home restoration projects, technical training, blood donation drives, and religious social activities are all examples of CSR initiatives. Management of funds, assignment of tasks, and reporting and recording of CSR activities are all clearly outlined in the SOP. Keywords: Implementation, Procedure, Social
