IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI PENGADILAN NEGERI PALEMBANG KELAS 1A KHUSUS

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Civil Servant disciplinary policy at the Palembang District Court Class 1A Special by using George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory, which includes the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The overall results of the study indicate that the Civil Servant disciplinary policy at the Palembang District Court Class 1A Special has been implemented quite well, but there are still obstacles such as a lack of employee awareness of the applicable rules so that it requires strengthening in coaching and internalization of disciplinary values ​​for employees with low levels of compliance.
