Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are health problems that occur in jobs that frequently use muscle strength and work postures for excessively long periods of time. The industry that has the largest contribution in causing musculoskeletal disorders is the informal sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work posture and the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders experienced by workers who make Nugget Unggul Sari. The research design was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The number of informants was 8 people taken by purposive sampling. The questionnaire used was the Nordic Body Map to determine the complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) of workers and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment assessment sheet to determine the level of risk of the workers' work postures. The results showed that work postures obtained low and moderate risk levels. For MSDs complaints, the dominant pain felt by all workers was in the back, waist, wrists, thighs, and feet. The work duration was 8 hours with a work experience of 6-9 years. With workers aged 45-60 years and normal and overweight BMI categories. It is hoped that workers will stretch before starting work to loosen their muscles and prevent them from feeling tense.
