PRA RANCANGAN PABRIK PEMBUATAN BISFENOL-A DARI ASETON DAN FENOL KAPASITAS 10.000 TON/TAHUN

Bisphenol-A manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 10,000 tons/year planned to be established in 2030 in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. With estimated area of 5,072 Ha. The raw materials for making Bisphenol-A are Acetone and Phenol. The manufacturing process for Bisphenol-A refers to Patent EP/2023 3847150 B1 “Process for Producing Bisphenol-A”. The reaction takes place in a reactor type ixed bed reactor with operating conditions (90°C, pressure 1 atm). This plant in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a Line and Staff organizational system, led by a Director with a total of 164 employees. Based oneconomic analysis, the Bisphenol-A factory was declared feasible to be established with details as follows: • Total Capital Investment = US$ 109,171,624.78 • Selling Price per Year = US$ 254,706,552.36 • Total Production Cost = US$ 129,690,803.42 • Annual Cash Flow = 87.43% • Pay Out Time = 1,1 Years • Rate of Return on Investment = 80,16% • Discounted Cash Flow–ROR = 87,47% • Break Even Point = 24,36% • Service Life = 11 years Keywords: Bisphenol-A, Fixed Bed Reactor, Limited Liability Company
