PRA RANCANGAN PABRIK AMONIUM SULFAT DARI PHOSPHOGYPSUM

The ammonium sulfate plant with a production capacity of 250,000 tons/year is planned to be established in 2035 in Gresik Regency, East Java Province, which is estimated to have an area of 10 hectares. The raw materials are Phosphogypsum (Calcium Dihydrate) and Ammonium Carbonate. The process occurs in a Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, at a temperature of 45 oC and a pressure of 1 atm. This factory is in the form of a Limited Liability Company with a Line and Staff organizational system, led by a Director with a total of 232 employees. Based on the economic analysis, the Ammonium Sulfate plant is declared feasible to be established with the following details:  Investation Cost = US$ 91.007.669  Selling Number = US$ 82.317.006  Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 54.290.186  Annual Cash Flow = 22,5%  Pay Out Time = 4,135 tahun  Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 21,5%  Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 21,715%  Break Event Point (BEP) = 26,051%  Service Life = 11 Keyword: Ammonium Sulfate, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, Limited Company
