PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI CANVA MATERI PERKALIAN MATRIKS PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS XI
This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective learning video on matrix multiplication material for high school students. This study uses the Akker development model with formative evaluation referring to Tessmer. The Akker development stage consists of three stages, namely: (1) Analysis stage; (2) Design stage; (3) Evaluation stage. In the third stage, it is adjusted to the Tessmer evaluation through self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, and field test. The research subjects were validators, mathematics teachers, and class XI students of MAN 1 Palembang. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, needs analysis questionnaires, expert validation questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and tests. The results of the expert validation test showed that the results of the media design validation obtained a percentage of 91.9%, material experts obtained a percentage of 91.1% and language experts obtained a percentage of 93.3% with an overall average of 92.1%, including in the very valid category. The practicality of the learning video can be seen from the one-to-one and small group tests, which yielded a score of 87.1%, categorizing it as very practical. The effectiveness of the learning video media can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test, which showed a significance value less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), indicating that the learning video media on matrix multiplication significantly affected student learning outcomes before and after treatment. It can be concluded that the interactive learning video media has proven valid, practical, and effective.
