IMPLEMENTASI SURAT TERCATAT SEBAGAI MEDIA PANGGILAN DAN PEMBERITAHUAN PERKARA DI PENGADILAN AGAMA PALEMBANG KELAS IA
This study aims to determine the implementation of registered letters as a medium for summons and case notifications at the Palembang Class IA Religious Court using Ripley and Franklin's theory with three main dimensions, namely compliance level, routine function smoothness, and policy performance and impact. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the policy has been quite successful, supported by clear regulations and an electronic tracking system that improves the transparency of case administration. However, its implementation has not been fully optimized due to technical constraints in the field. In terms of policy impact, the use of registered mail has had a positive impact in reducing case costs.
