EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM INFORMASI KEARSIPAN DINAMIS TERINTEGRASI (SRIKANDI) PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTANAHAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) in supporting electronic records management at the Department of Environment and Land Affairs of South Sumatra Province. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Effectiveness is measured using Campbell’s Effectiveness Theory (1989), which includes program success, target achievement, user satisfaction, input and output levels, and overall goal attainment. The findings indicate that the implementation of the SRIKANDI application has been fairly effective in improving administrative order and efficiency. However, several obstacles remain, particularly related to human resource capacity, internet connectivity, and application feature utilization. Therefore, the implementation of SRIKANDI is considered effective but still requires improvement through continuous training, infrastructure enhancement, and regular evaluation.
