INOVASI LAYANAN LAKON MANDIRA PADA PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF BEST PRACTICE DI DISDUKCAPIL KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR

This study aims to evaluate the innovation of the Lakon Mandira program in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, through the perspective of best practices according to Prasojo (2007). The Lakon Mandira program innovation is a population administration service that uses digital technology through a website, so that people can manage their own population documents online. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the Lakon Mandira program innovation has met most of the best practice criteria according to Prasojo, which include impact, partnership, sustainability, leadership, and transferability. This program innovation has had a positive impact on improving access to and efficiency of population services, supported by cross-sector cooperation, responsive leadership, and the potential for implementation in other regions. However, the understanding of best practices in this study is seen as an ongoing process, so that the achievements to date still open up opportunities for strengthening and refinement in various aspects that support innovation.
