EFEKTIVITAS DISDUKCAPIL KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR DALAM PENERAPAN APLIKASI IDENTITAS KEPENDUDUKAN DIGITAL (IKD) PADA PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Ogan Komering Ilir District Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) in implementing the Digital Population Identity (IKD) Application for population administration services. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and is analyzed using Duncan's organizational effectiveness theory in Steers (1985), which includes the dimensions of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. Data were collected thru observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the dimensions of goal achievement and adaptation have been met, while the dimension of integration has not been fully met, particularly in terms of procedures and socialization. The implementation of IKD increases efficiency and speeds up the activation process, but the utilization target has not been optimally achieved due to low community participation. The challenges in implementing IKD are more influenced by external factors, such as limited internet access and community devices. Therefore, continuous strengthening efforts are needed so that the implementation of IKD can function more optimally in improving the quality of population administration services.
